Remote Extension

Remote extension in the ‘Hipocti’ switchboard solution allows employees working from home or from an extension branch to connect to the main switchboards. The remote employee is given a device similar to the one in the main office, including an extension for dialing an extension and voice mail. Teleworkers will not need their own landline, but will use company phones and main company numbers for incoming and outgoing calls. Savings come from eliminating long-distance calls between offices and not having to have a switchboard or other lines at the remote site is another important reason to implement remote extensions
